Frequently Asked Questions
How do I request a login?
Email calendar@morst.govt.nz using an email address at the domain of the organisation you work for, eg. person@domain.org.nz. If this is not possible use another email address. Please add your phone number and the types of events you would like to list.
I have signed up for email alerts through the website. Can I add events to the calendar?
We can set up your login to allow you to add events to the calendar. Email your request and Username to calendar@morst.govt.nz using the email address you receive alerts to (so we can verify that it’s your account).
I made a mistake on my event. How can I fix it?
You can’t edit your event once it has been sent. The best thing to do is submit the event again. If it has the same name it will be easy for our calendar administrators to spot the second event and use that. The original event will be deleted.
If you submit more than one event then want to change the text of one of them, and you believe it might be confusing at our end to add more events, please email calendar@morst.govt.nz and let us know which event to use.
I want to add an image to an event I have already submitted. How can I do that?
You will need to email the images to calendar@morst.govt.nz.
NB. The maximum size for small images (which appear on the main calendar summary page) is approximately 4 x 3 cm, or 150 x 110 pixels.
