Organisation

There are five groups within MoRST. A General Manager or Director leads each group, under the overall direction of the Chief Executive. While staff belong to one group they retain a lot of flexibility in the work they do. Much of MoRST’s work cuts across the functions of the different groups and project teams usually include people from two or more groups.
