Cross Departmental Research Pool
The Cross Departmental Research Pool (CDRP) supports policy-related research in government departments, and is administered by The Royal Society of New Zealand.
As part of the reprioritisation to support new initiatives in Budget 2010, the government has agreed that there will be no new projects funded from the Cross Departmental Research Pool from 2010/11.
The Cross Departmental Research Pool was a fund designed to allow government departments to request research to inform policy questions. As a small fund that did not align easily to priorities areas, the decision was made to cease further funding. All current contracts will be honoured.
